Card game - Bye Bye Virus
Developed and launched on Kickstarter in 10 weeks.
This project included developing the game mechanics, testing it with people, working with freelancers to design the cards, sourcing for printers and launching a Kickstarter campaign.
Outcomes: $9k raised on Kickstarter, $50k revenue made from 1st print run within the year


Bakery - Mandarina
Physical store and recipes were developed in 60 days
This project included testing recipes, developing branding and sales collaterals, sourcing for and preparing physical location, finding B2B clients and preparing for a grand opening of the bakery.
Outcomes: $500 revenue on opening day, 4-figure profits within 1st year of operation; expanded into larger location




Startup - Junify
Tested, validated and launched pilot in 90 days
This project included interviewing >100 women on their thoughts on investing, testing multiple concepts and finalizing on 1 for prototyping. Team developed content for the pilot, marketed it and launched with 10 participants.
Outcomes: $70k funds deployed by participants into stocks within 1 month; startup accepted into Antler program
Agency - Janice Platt Consultancy
Developed and launched in 100 days
This project included developing offerings and sales collaterals, reaching out to potential clients and closing retainer deals for the agency.
Outcomes: 3 clients closed at the end of the program, bringing in monthly 4-figure income
